Email & Account

If you haven't received an email from us:

  1. Please check your spam or junk folder as sometimes our emails get filtered there
  2. Add info@valur.mt to your contacts/safe senders list
  3. Check that you entered the correct email address during registration
  4. If you still haven't received it after 15 minutes, you can try requesting another reset email

You can manage your email preferences in two ways:

  1. When logged in: Go to your Account Settings page and adjust the email notification toggles
  2. From any email: Click the "Manage email preferences" link at the bottom of any email from us

You can choose to receive:

  • Service notifications (updates about your valuations and services)
  • Marketing emails (new features, promotions, etc.)

To change your password:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Click on "Change Password"
  4. Enter your current password and your new password
  5. Click "Update Password"

If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset it.

Property Valuation

Our property valuations use comprehensive data analytics based on market trends and property characteristics in Malta. The accuracy depends on several factors:

  • The completeness and accuracy of the information you provide
  • The availability of recent market data for the specific locality
  • The uniqueness of your property compared to typical properties in the area

For general guidance, our calculator provides a good starting point. For a precise valuation that takes into account all specific details of your property, we recommend our professional Architect's Valuation Report service.

Free calculator:

  • Basic property valuation based on location, property type, and bedrooms

Premium features (€4.99/month):

  • Detailed price breakdown showing how each feature affects the valuation
  • Unlimited saved valuations

Premium users can make more informed decisions with the additional insights provided in the detailed breakdowns.

Professional Services

The standard delivery time for our Architect's Valuation Report is 3-5 business days after the property inspection. The process includes:

  1. Initial request submission (1 day)
  2. Scheduling property inspection (1-2 days)
  3. Property inspection by our qualified architect (1 day)
  4. Report preparation and review (1-2 days)

You'll receive email updates at each stage of the process. For urgent valuations, please contact us directly to discuss expedited service options.

For Land Registry document requests, you'll need:

  • The property address and locality
  • Property reference number (if available)
  • Names of current and/or previous owners (if known)
  • Approximate purchase date (if known)

For 8th Schedule certificates, you'll need:

  • Complete property address
  • Property plans or measurements (if available)
  • Current ownership details
  • Information about any existing certificates
