LAND REGISTRY DOCUMENTS

COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE
We assist with obtaining official Planning Authority (PA) Compliance Certificates, required to confirm that a property has been built in line with its approved permit. A compliance certificate is essential for connecting new water and electricity meters, and is often requested by banks or buyers before property transfers.
Our service covers the full process: inspection by a warranted Perit, preparation and submission of the application through the PA’s eApplications system, and delivery of the certificate once approved.
Valuation fees are typically calculated as a percentage of the property's estimated value, according to the bands and rates set out by Tariff K.
