Architect's Valuation Report

Our comprehensive property valuation report is prepared by a warranted Perit (architect) and provides an accurate assessment of your property's current market value.

The report includes a detailed analysis of the property characteristics, location factors, and market conditions that influence its value.

This document is officially signed and stamped, making it suitable for legal purposes, bank loans, sales negotiations, and other official requirements.

Delivery Time:
3-5 working days - following booking of inspection
Price:
€100 deposit at booking inspection. Remainder based upon property value - application of Tariff K with discount.

Land Registry Submission Service

We offer a complete end-to-end service for submitting Land Registry applications to the Land Registration Agency.

Our process includes:
• Ordering and accurately filling in the official Land Registry document
• Preparation of an official site plan marked and signed by a warranted Perit, in full compliance with Legal Notice 143 of 2019
• Submission of your application to the Land Registry Department on your behalf

This document is required for processes related to, first-time registration of properties, dealings and ownership transfers, and other more specific cases.

This service is essential for anyone looking to register or regularize property ownership in Malta.

5 –7 working days (urgent cases accepted upon request)

€200 (VAT exempt – Article 1)

Schedule 8

We offer full support in preparing and submitting the Schedule 8 form, a mandatory declaration required when transferring residential property in Malta.

This form outlines the physical characteristics of the property being transferred, including:
• Internal and external areas
• Number of rooms and bathrooms
• Type of property (e.g. apartment, maisonette, villa)
• State of completion and finishes
• Any additional features (yard, balcony, garage, etc.)

Schedule 8 must be submitted with promise-of-sale agreements or final contracts when residential property is sold, inherited, or transferred.

Our service includes:
• Reviewing the property details
• Preparing the official Schedule 8 form

• Submitting the document alongside the notarial deed

Tariff K is the official tariff established under Maltese law to regulate professional fees for architectural services, including property valuations.

This ensures that valuation pricing is transparent, standardized, and aligned with legal standards.
